The TECH-MCTP BLACKOUT is an all-black compact service tool bag. It is identical in construction and storage capacity to the TECH-MCT BLACKOUT, with the addition of side pockets for separate meter or tool storage. The bag also features Velcro for personalizing with morale patches and includes our proprietary V-SWAP™ interchangeable panel system.
