Non-Defective Returns

If any product does not satisfy your needs, it may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. We do not accept any returns after 30 days of the purchase date. 

**ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON ALL CLOTHING INCLUDING HEATED GEAR**

To be eligible for a return: 

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging. The packaging must also be in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return

  • Email Nathan@EdmondsonSupply.com with the reason for return. Please include the order number and date of purchase. 
  • Once an approval for the return is received: 
    • Include the packing list with the order number, name, and address in the return package.
    • Include a brief description/explanation on why the item is being returned.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. Once we have received the return, please allow 2-3 business days for the refund to be issued. 

Restocking Fee: 

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns and will be reflected in the total refunded amount. 

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Item Returns

We must be notified of defective products or incorrect orders within 7 days of the order. Please email a brief description to Nathan@EdmondsonSupply.com for individual order assistance.
