The Ranco® powered by Full Gauge MT-512E Series Digital Controllers feature a single relay output combined with a cyclical timer for system defrosting. A manual defrost can also be done through either controller or via a manual shutdown of the refrigeration system. Both models feature a configurable digital filter which mimics an increase of mass in the environment sensor, thus increasing its response time, that is, the sensor response becomes slower. In addition to those features, the MT-512E 2HP has tamperproof features preventing unauthorized users from changing settings. A control shutdown feature deactivates the output terminals turning the instrument into a digital temperature indicator. Both models have a serial communication port to connect to the Sitrad® software.
