ICM Controls SENTRY-SF-30A Sentry SmartFuse Single-Phase Line Voltage Monitor and Surge Protection

 

The Sentry SmartFuse integrates three critical layers of protection in one prewired, easy to install solution for residential and commercial single phase 208/240 VAC HVAC/R equipment. The Sentry SmartFuse combines the ICM517A-LITE single phase surge protector, ICM492D single phase voltage monitor, and overcurrent protection with the use of field selectable fuses for equipment following NEC Code 440.22(A). For added convenience and safety, the Sentry SmartFuse includes an onboard disconnect breaker, giving both technicians and homeowners a fast, simple, and reliable way to cut power during installation or maintenance. Engineered with a modular layout, the Sentry SmartFuse allows HVAC Technicians a way to streamline installation, replace essential components and adjust fuse rating 5-30A all within the same enclosure. Contractors can adjust the fuse size to match the equipment nameplate to meet NEC Code 440.22(A), all without accessing the unit's control panel. This integrated approach means HVAC Technician can fully service most units, reducing the need for an electrical license or additional service call.
