Ambro Controls 1811558 Nitrogen Flow Regulator
The Ambro Controls Nitrogen Flow Regulator is an essential tool for repairing refrigeration and air conditioning piping. By purging nitrogen through the pipe both before and during brazing, it effectively prevents oxidation inside joints.
The device allows you to switch easily between PURGE and BRAZE modes: initiate a regulated flow to purge air, then adjust with a control knob to a lower, preset flow optimal for brazing. This minimizes nitrogen consumption and limits air ingress during repairs.
Designed for easy setup, the device connects directly to a standard nitrogen regulator and features a 1/4” SAE flare outlet, making it compatible with typical HVAC hoses for fast and reliable installation by technicians.
